Lungs 2 Legs (L2L) has been created to provide bespoke running and cycling coaching for everyone, regardless of their ability.

I know first hand how difficult sport can be and what it feels like to face challenges along the way. Plus, what is required to overcome these in order to achieve results.

One thing is for sure, nothing ever comes easy. It takes willpower to make that start and ask for help.

As a British Army Officer with over 30 years of experience in coaching professionals and fitness enthusiasts, your in the best place to receive everything you need to succeed!

I provide a healthy coach-athlete relationship towards enhancing those PBs, Goals and Performances.

It’s about understanding each athlete from the offset; their mindset, lifestyle and other contributing factors.  As well as, appreciating that not everyone wants to win a race.  Some, would prefer to take part in a challenging event or improve their overall fitness levels and feel a sense of accomplishment in that direction.

Whatever your needs, I will guide and support you every step of the way.

You’ll be encouraged and motivated to achieve more than you ever thought was possible.

Additionally, told when to rest and recover to allow for adaptations to take place, keeping your mind, body and spirit in the best possible condition.

    *’One to One’ or ‘Group’ coaching/ training session per hour or event.

    Package 2

    *Athlete - Coach Consultation

    *Athlete - Proforma Completion

    *Creation of a bespoke training program to meet the needs and goals of each athlete.

    Note: Once produced, the program is to be managed solely by each athlete without further engagement from the coach.

    *Unrivalled support and advice from a highly experienced, educated and qualified professional.

    *Data analysis and feedback on 2 key sessions per week via 'Final Surge'.

    *Sessions created for use via, Zwift, Garmin or Wahoo devices.

    *Monthly contact call via Whatsapp or phone.

    *Free accessibility to 'Final Surge' data platform.

    *L2L kit purchase availability.

    *Nutrition and Hydration advice - pre, during and post activites.
